Interview will be a combination of one-on-one interview and online aptitude test. Potentials are hired based on their results. Hiring process is just a two-hour orientation, followed by a brief tour of the kitchen. New employees usually begin work the following day.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and comfortable. I was asked common questions like “Tell me about yourself,” “Why do you want to work at Scaddabush?”, and “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience felt relaxed and conversational rather than overly formal. It was a good opportunity to share my background and interest in the role.
