My interview process with Scale was extraordinarily smooth and straightforward. After meeting with the head of HR, I was asked to take a skills assessment/assignment. Once that was completed, I interviewed with the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director. I guess they liked me because I was offered a job the very next day. Throughout the interview process, the Scale team was accessible and affable, and provided all the relevant information I needed...this has continued during my tenure at the company. It truly is a phenomenal place to work.

At first I met with the recruiter who vetted me and talked me through what they were looking for. Then, they scheduled a video call where I met with two people in the marketing department. They asked about my experience in copywriting and why I wanted the job. They did offer me the role, but I decided. not to take it.
