Multipart, distributed, is actually 4 separate interviews with various stakeholders. First the recruiter, then the VP of operations, then a consultant and a technical lead, and finally owners of the company who are effectively CEO and COO as I recall. Each interview was designed for approximately 30 minutes, my third interview took the full hour.
