HR contacted me to set up a phone screen. They rescheduled 2x and 3rd time they wanted to rescheduled because there system was down. Screen call was all set and then she told call would only be 15 mins.
I was excited to speak and learn more about the role and company but was left with a bad taste in my mouth. This happened two weeks ago and no attempt to reach or acknowledge my email. Very disappointing.

The interview process moved quickly and communication was open and transparent throughout. There were multiple rounds, and everyone I spoke with was friendly yet very clear and direct about the expectations of the role, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.

5 interviews with 7 people plus a written exercise. Recruiter, HR Manager, CFO, CTO, President, CEO - exhausting process - they ghosted me in the end. It's ok to tell someone they didn't get the job!
