Like everyone else here, I applied online and received an email to send my resume, cover letter and list of references. I received an interview date and had to reschedule for another date because my interviewer had a conflict with the previous set date. I made the interview date and after 30 mins of arriving, was greeted by HR and led to a large room where a handful of ladies waited to interview me. I wasn't herded in like cattle or forced to watch videos of the CEO. Nothing like that al all. In fact, it was a very painless interview. I was explained more details of the job which included a lot of travel and even selling the practice. I was told there would be a lot of travel from the airport and asked if I could handle it. I was also asked if I had sales experience in my current job. During the interview, I was asked to give an impromptu training on a subject of my choice. Luckily for me I had several past trainings saved t my Google Drive account. I gave my presentation and was stopped after a few slides. I could tell they were impressed. I was asked about my salary expectations before I left and escorted out the front door by the HR. I was told that if I was accepted for the position, I would be contacted in a couple of weeks. I was told if I didn't hear from them by then, that I should keep looking for more work and that they would keep my resume on file. I even received a follow up email the next week. NO offer as of yet, but hoping so.
