There was a pre-screening phone interview, and two separate interviews at the store. Questions are pretty typical and focus on teamwork and previous experiences. The process is long and can be several days between each of the three interviews.

Typically 3 interviews - on the phone and two in person. Length of process is average - not too quick not too long. Meet with HR and someone from the area

Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.
