A empresa precisava de uma pessoa com experiência para atuar de imediato na região. Fizeram diversas perguntas comportamentais e tecnicas para verem se me encaixava na vaga descrita.
Um dos pontos mais abordados na entrevista foi a preocupaçao com a segurança do funcionário e do usuário do equipamento. Achei bem interessante o fato da empresa ter varios modelos de equipamentos dos mais antigos em pleno funcionamento, aos mais modernos com sistema ihead.

It was an extremely thorough process, starting with a phone interview with HR. After screening, they moved me to next interview process, meeting with Manager and General Manager. Over time they called me back in to meet with the President and offered me a position.
