I filled out an online application. Then had a short phone call with a few easy questions. This call set me up for an interview. Once there we spoke briefly about what they were offering and me accepting their terms. I started with training videos immediately that same day. I had a job.
Attended a store and interviewed with a manager. The interview was much less of an interview and more of a pre-employment screening and entering you into their employee system. Interview ended with employment details and orientation date.

Hiring process is, effectively, as simple as finding a department that needs people, applying online and then visiting in person. Most departments are short on personnel and they wil rush you into the position.
