Pretty easy done by temp agency. Got back to me quickly. Had to do a typing test which was easy asked very basic questions- it was like they just needed a warm body

Normal interview. Had to give examples of good and bad interactions on the phone. Had to also give examples of how to deal with tough situations and difficult customers. As one would expect

I received an email response initially to let me know they interested in talking with me. I then emailed several times to determine a time for the interview. I rec'd a call back to a few months later for the interview but they offered it to someone else. I was told that I would be contacted if additional opportunities became available
