First you will have a phone interview with a recruiter followed by a face to face interview with the area manager for where you are applying. If these go well, you will be offered to take a ride a long day. It is one full day on the job (unpaid) shadowing a current RSR to give you a true feel for the job. Greet customers and run for the RSR and you'll be fine. If you are still interested after your ride along, you will have a follow up call with the recruiter and/or area manager to answer any questions you may have.
Your final interview will be a Skype interview with the regional manager. After this interview concludes, the two mangers, recruiter, and RSR you shadowed will come together to make a decision.
If hired you will then be sent for your drug screen and DOT physical while a third party does your background check. Whole process takes about 2 weeks. Alot of the time is spent waiting for phone calls.
