Interview Process - My experience is quite good with scienaptic. I had a three rounds for Senior software engineer - Quality Engineer. First round - it was taken by lead. Basically most of the question based on end to end process from development to delivery and situational question as well. It went very well as interviewer was very interactive and whole interview was like a healthy discussion. My First round got cleared and i got the result within a hour. Second round - It was little technical and it was taken by QA person so mainly testing related question was being asked which including manual, automation and coding. Third round - it was taken by manager. Situational based question was asked. And also i have asked all the question regarding project and company culture. I cleared and i got selected for this position. My overall experience is good during hiring process and I have joined this organization its been 2 month and my experience is very good. Non toxic small company which helps you grow and learn. If anyone wants a growth with freedom this company is for you.
