Process: self recorded screening prompt, call with team member, call with hiring manager, panel interview with upper management
Process seemed straight forward and the team was very communicative at first and worked quickly to move me through the first three steps. The final step was meant to be a panel interview with upper management. I was contacted and asked to block a 1.5 hour slot on my calendar for the following day and an exact time would be confirmed shortly after. A few hours later I received an automated message notifying me I was not moving forward in the process. I followed up with the team to confirm this was the case since we had just spoken about scheduling the final interview. They did not respond to two follow-up attempts. I found this very unprofessional and disorganized.
