Entretien
First, you have an interview with the HR manager to discuss your background. If you are successful, you must complete an assessment to deliver the following week, and if successful, you have an interview with the manager of the entire team to discuss the role and the company. They were very polite, and they do inform you if you were not chosen, which is a plus.
