This was a relaxed interview from the start. A person from HR asked some general background questions based on my CV. Then the second interviewer, working on the actual site followed up by asking a few technical questions.

Informal and relaxed. A Get to know if you are a fit type talk. Also assessing tech level. Two stages. 30 mins online then a site visit in person. Its prototype tech so requires the right attitude and patients
