My interview experience at ScreenCloud was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the level of technical maturity in the interview process. For a senior/staff-level role, the discussions did not reflect the depth expected. In several cases, it felt like the people conducting the interviews were not equipped to properly assess system design or advanced web engineering topics. This creates a situation where candidates are evaluated without a solid technical foundation, making the outcome feel unreliable and arbitrary. On top of that, the process is misleading. Positive signals were given throughout, only to end with feedback that did not align at all with what was communicated earlier. Overall, the combination of inconsistent feedback and lack of technical depth makes this a frustrating and questionable interview experience.
