Applied online, offered an interview about a month later. The interview was online, very relaxed. Was then invited to a documentation seminar at their office in Richmond which was also laid back. We went over the role of a scribe and practiced writing the HPI portion of a medical note. My only complaint is that the whole process has taken a long time - over a month between each step of the process. Still have not heard back so I assume I did not get a position - have accepted another job in the meantime.

Was a phone interview followed by another interview testing scribe knowledge and HPI. This was more of a formality than an actual test interview. The testing is going through a case of patients coming in and seeing a physician.

Phone interview followed by a test on HPI taking done via Google hangout. The phone interview was rudimentary, and the HPI test was simple. Following this, the process to begin placement with a provider starts and it is a total crapshoot.

very brief documentation seminar. just make sure to impress the trainers. there is a short 15 minute interview with the CEO and founder of Scribekick. it was very simple and easy.
