Started with an initial phone call with an HR representative then once I went through that I was asked to come in to meet some people from the marketing department. They asked questions regarding my job history as well as information on my current knowledge. I was able to ask questions about the company and it was a very professional, yet relaxing experience. They made me feel comfortable and it wasn’t high stakes, make you want to run out of the room, type interview. The company cares a lot about culture and how everyone fits in with each other and I feel they made that known in the interview. I was hired shortly after, notified by a final phone call.
