1. Interview with Hiring Manager. Explained the job description and expectations. Usual behavioral questions. The Head is very accommodating, kind, and comfortable to talk with. 2. HR Interview. More on confirmation of details and background. Immediately asked me if I want to be considered for another role, he was transparent about the maximum compensation they could give for the said role which was way lower than my asking salary. Now, I haven't heard from them if there's an opening that's suitable for my experience and expected salary, but it's understandable. PS: I really appreciate the HR's transparency, wasting of time was definitely prevented. :)
