Phone interview with SDR, then an interview with the COO. The COO was nearly 15 minutes late to the interview, which was slated to be 30 minutes long and ended after 5 minutes.

I don't remember exactly what they asked me but it was more of a conversation to see if you are able to talk, a skill needed in a role like this.
