I went through 4 interviews and I felt that I performed very well. Met the COO on a zoom call while I was the only one to live stream myself while I stared at an image of the person. Felt like the person didn't really care or or was excited at all to interview me. The vibe was very weird, uncomfortable and awkward. At the end of the interview, the person said "send your professional references to your recruiter". I reached out to my recruiter to send those references and a week later I received the generic email, like many others apparently, stating that I wasn't selected for the position "but please stay in touch".
What? Seriously? What happened?
I kindly reached out to my recruiter for constructive feedback as to why I wasn't selected after 4 interviews. I've received zero response or any helpful information since. Quite a disappointing experience as I was very excited to work for this company and put great effort & time trying to get hired. So, now I'm just left in a state of confusion and now I'm glad I wasn't selected. If you can't help people improve upon their interview skills, then you're not that great of a company. The mixed reviews for this company and it's services should raise an eyebrow for anyone looking at Seamless.AI. Not responding and ghosting a candidate is absolutely rude and unprofessional. There are better companies with a backbone that will actually give you the respect and the time you deserve as a person, even if you aren't hired.
