Went through 3 rounds of interviews, each one went very well and all involved seemed excited to move forward. Received an employment offer and approved salary. Was told they would reach out within the week with next steps Never heard back from anyone. Sent multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls. No answer. They've ghosted me after the end of the hiring process. Why? Seems plenty of other experienced the same thing. It's suspicious.
