I was scheduled to have a phone interview. I waited for 5-10 mins during my allotted interview time. Nobody joined the conference call. I contacted the person who set up the interview, he called me and seemed confused and apologized, then asked me two questions about my resume and then said we are going to set you up with for another interview. That day came I was supposed to interview with an SRE ended up interviewing with someone else. The conversation went well and I was told I would hear back with next steps. I was given an email to see my availability I responded and heard radio silence, to this day despite follow-ups, etc. TL:DR: Don't waste your time their internal recruiting is very disorganized and unprofessional (This has been hinted by another person in a previous review). This is a shame because this seems like a good cause but, unforutnaltely being led by a startup that doesn't have their sh*t together when it comes to HR/recruiting.
