5 interviews over 2 weeks only to be be left dangling at the end waiting for a decision. Halfway through they decide to change the person specification without actually telling me so in the advert states sales experience is not necessary to then be grilled by the final two people, one being the CEO on my account management experience! Luckily I do have some but wasn't expecting to be discussing at interview number 4 when not been raised before. Then left dangling for 2 weeks, after persistent chasing and non return of calls, was told, oh we offered to someone with more sales experience who, in actual fact has turned down the offer as he had been waiting too long and found another job. An absolute joke of a company, do not waste your time even submitting your CV, you are too good for these clowns !
