There were 4 people interviewing me at the same time--it was overwhelming. Overall I would say it was not great, as they were asking me about things that were not mentioned in the job posting, and so in some areas I was very obviously under-qualified or not well prepared.

Entretien
Two Interviews; 1. Telephonic where I was asked about my past experience, and tested for my skills and attitude. and 2. In person; which was more in depth, where I was asked about sears and several past experiences.

File out application and Interview. Then get another interview from Regional Managers. Once the Regional is complete with their part, they send you back to the HR department for a call if you receive the job.
