I applied online and got a callback the next day. Floor manager called me into the office and sat me down. He asked to see my resume, glanced at it for for about 5 seconds and asked when I could start the video based training. I said Monday, he said okay, and I left.

I was interviewed 3 times in 1 day. First by the head of HR, then the Floor Manager, then the Store Manager. I was told that I would never get benefits, never be full-time, but that i could "creatively" run the floor,

Entretien
I was contacted very soon after I submitted my resume - approx 2 days. I was called in for an interview within the week, and met with a department manager and a senior manager. Both were very pleasant and not intimidating. Made me feel like a part of the team even before I was hired!
