was the worst interview I’ve ever had. Group session first where we presented about another interviewee after talking for 2 minutes. Then we had to walk around sears, choose an outfit in 10 minutes and sell it to the head manager persuasively still in front of a group. Then had to go into a room and conduct a normal type interview and while each person went in group interviewing continued.

Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.
