The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
