It went fine, at first. I had 2 phone interviews - one with the VP of HR, before being invited in to interview. I then spoke face to face with them again as well as one other member of the HR team. I was told to expect either more questions, or an offer. And then... they ghosted me. There is zero excuse for that. So unprofessional!

Two phone interviews, one with an initial screener, and one with the VP of HR. This was followed by a 2 hour in person interview with 3 different people - also including the VP of HR. Afterwards, I was told that I would be contacted within a week with either more questions or an offer. I got neither. They ghosted me after that. I followed up several times and heard nothing.
