Very simple. Hire on the spot as long as you meet the requirements for the job. Interview was about 15min. with team supervisor. Felt very comfortable with the questions asked.

Easy, the interview lasted 20 minutes, I volunteered my references, they never thought to ask for any. There was not much to the interview it seems like they where not interested. I was shocked that they hired me. The interviewer didn't have any experience with interviewing
