Incredibly disappointed with Secondmind. The interview itself felt like an impersonal salvo of questions, often asking about very high level elements of Delivery. Rather than giving time to explore these areas it felt like a tickbox of questions before moving onto the next with limited ability to show skill expression. On top of this took a month to respond to first stage interview citing not having yet made a decision. Honestly, avoid this company.
