I interviewed for Sectona with so called "People & Culture" head. The interview went well and she informed they will contact me next week for the next round. Even after multiple follow ups they didn't borther to answer and just ghosted me. Atleast should have the courtesy to inform the candidate when you wanted the interview scheduled next day of contact

The process was mostly easy. Consisted of three rounds that is a normal interview round where my resume was discussed completely. Second round was the Technical round.The questions of technical round were pretty easy and very basic. Third round was a personal interview round which was really short and again discussed about my resume in short.
