It was long and very thorough, the company only recruits the best. The recruiter was very professional and you can tell that he meaned business. He wanted People on the team with a certain set of skills and the ability to learn and progress.

Initial interview via phone: 30 min. In-depth interview via zoom: 45 min. Answered all of my questions, even those that were difficult.. Very forthright and transparent. Gave great detail about company training and expectations.

Mostly soft skills and detail oriented in documenting what you observe. The job is mostly "observe and report" with a touch of customer service skills. As long as you can be polite, respectful, and great at documenting things, you'll do well in the interview.
