Did not allow anyone else to apply. They used recommendations of old company supervisors for all positions The old company supervisors were the problem

Initial interview via phone: 30 min. In-depth interview via zoom: 45 min. Answered all of my questions, even those that were difficult.. Very forthright and transparent. Gave great detail about company training and expectations.
