How do you handle difficult team members?
Case managers are not hourly employees and have no actual arrival time however I expect everyone to arrive at the exact time as the hourly employees and stay until all work is completed so there is no such thing as a 40 hour work week on my team how do you feel about that?
Phone call interview to begin with, followed by a zoom call interview with the direct manager that lasted around half an hour. They started out with asking you to introduce yourself and they then gave a big of background on the company and position.
