There were two different interviews, both remote, with almost the same people.
Interview experience was positive, I made it to the second interview, which I was sure went well...
And then they just ghosted me. No email to say yes or no, absolutely nothing. Really sad, and such lack of understanding for a company that supports disabled individuals.

Entretien
Panel-based interview with three members of staff. It was very laid back and gave me a really good feeling for the company culture. They made me feel at ease and my thoughts valued.
