I applied online. Was contacted the next day and it was a telephonic round wherein the HR was looking for verifying my skills that I had mentioned in the resume. Cleared it and was asked to attempt a questionnaire which was a test on my writing. Cleared it and was called for direct interview. Was asked to write a blog on Banner Culture. Then another one-on-one session with the HR. The last round was one-on-one session with their CEO. It went well but the salary they offered was too low. So I had to decline the offer.
