Initial phone call was with HR to see if I was a good organizational fit. 2nd interview with the hiring manager. 3rd interview with team of 6 people that this position would be working with. Took several weeks between 2nd and 3rd interview, so I thought I was ruled out before the team interview. Very slow hiring process.
