Well-structured interview process. First, a background check interview, where interviewer goes through your CV and deep dive into different past work experiences.
Second is the cultural fit interview. Interviewer asks specific questions, which evaluates decision-making of the candidate in different situations.
Third is the interview with one of the founders. Here one of the founders are getting to know the candidate, after which final decision is being made.

The interview process was rather long and time consuming, with several case studies and online interviews with 3 different people. In the end I received an offer but I would reevaluate if it's worth the time

Several selection rounds, online tests then phone or video interviews.
First tests are sent to you regardless of your resume, so you might be loosing your time. There was no follow up after investing 5 hours of interviewing process, which is lacking of organization and respect.
