I was scheduled for a phone screen on a Friday. The Recruiter asked me a few typical phone screen questions. I was told I would receive a follow-up by COB on Monday....a month later and I've still never heard back. I expected better from a company that is supposedly so people focused.

The first interview was a phone screening with the basic interview questions, the second interview was an exercise where they take you through three different situations and see what you would do.
