The process was surprising. Not what you traditionally have in your mind when preparing for a screening interview. The first interview took me 2 hours, consisted of cognitive games, SAT-like questions. The process was interesting and fun, but at the end of it, I was really tired. So, you'd like to have a good meal and/or a lot of sugar before getting to the interview. :) The second interview was 1-hour call with CEO questioning my background, overall achievements and goals.
