Entretien
I applied in 2015. Got a phone call for an interview after 1 week that I had applied. There were a HR person and a scientific person in the interview. Asked what I know about the company and some simple question about semiconductors. Asked me why I wanted change my job and what was my salary expectations. Then told me about the company, the position and took me round the building.

Entretien
The interview was about 2 hours long, mostly they were talking. The first 20 minutes was an HR part, where the company was briefly described and asked how much payment I want. Then, the professional part began, lot of team leaders came and asked me a variety of questions in the field of optics. They talked a lot what their group is doing, later they showed me some machines and asked me to talk about my field of research.

Entretien
Sent in my resume, they called back 1 week later, set an appointment 1 week after that, they called back with an offer 1 week after the interview.
Interview was laid back. There was the Technical Division's head, and a HR person. Asked me about my previous works and why did I apply for the job. Told me about the company, and what would I do if they hired me.
Then they guided me through the different divisions of the company, showed me their products and had a few chances to meet and ask the employees.
