I started off with a behavioral interview in which my personality and skills were assessed as to whether or not I would be fit for the role at hand. Then came the technical phone screen which consisted of a career question, a coding section, and an architectural design question. I thought that I did well given that the phone screen was only an hour and my interviewer seemed please with my skills throughout most of the interview. However, I later received notice that Sempre had passed on me without any feedback whatsoever. I tried asking for feedback and have yet to hear back from them.
