Interview was also part of orientation, if you didn't make it through orientation then you were out. Overall it was pretty simple and easy. I would recommend seniorcare for any beginner emt

physical agility test
written test -50 Qs (a bit harder than state exam)
interview
SeniorCare has certain interview dates, all the applicants will be gathered to go through the interview process. It took them half a day to conduct interviews and they gave offers the same day later, I just felt they really need EMTs and probably,perhaps,maybe they recruited almost everyone who meets the bare minimum requirements, it is the orientation week and the following probationary months that matter to finalize employees I guess (absolutely personal perspective, I might be wrong)
