I applied on line. Was called soon after applying invited in for an interview met with the scheduling team. The scheduling team was 6 different people who were currently in the position and the manager of the department. It was a little intimidating but also a fun experience. They asked me a series of questions a lot of them pertaining to the position itself. Like ability to handle stress be on the phone etc. I was drawn to the companies mission and focus on service and customer care. I also enjoyed the actual environment in terms of the people who were working there and I interviewed with.
