Got approached to come in for an interview after previously discounting recruitment. Met with one of the directors to fill in a test followed by a brief chat. He did manage to describe all of my job so far as basic starter jobs though, strange that he invited me to meet them then?? Then met with two further people one of which spent most of the time looking out the window and showing no interest. I was then given feedback they would like to see me again but want me to read 'how to win friends and influence people', I did so and went back. I was unable to meet with the director again as he'd double booked me but I met with 3 further people two of which got my name wrong and I heard one of them coming in ask the previous interviewer who I was and what my name was. I spent a total of 3 and a half hours there, read a book all because they wanted me to go and see them only to be given no feedback despite calling & emailing, just some constructive feedback would have been nice.

Awful - They tried to close me multiple times in the final interview after telling them i want to consider my options. Very bullish approach to hiring. Director seems really nice at first but then switches to an almost bully like mentality when you wont say yes there and then to taking the job. I think there recruitment process is very old school and needs work. I was impressed with them until i had offers from better companies in the area.
