Entretien
The initial interview was the easy part. The manager asked reasonable questions and did a thorough job of explaining expectations. She was personable and professional, it seemed, until she demonstrated that she did not have follow through.

Entretien
Began with applying online then in person interview. The hiring manager had just started and requested that other staff nurses sat in on the interview. It was informal, meeting in the lunch/lounge room with an open door.
