The interview and hiring process was enjoyable and enlightening, the only thing I could complain about is the software used to download and convert forms and required sheets which required to only be opened on a laptop or computer.

The arrogant owner will talk to you on the phone. It's a commission only position so they will never turn anyone away. Just call and you've got the job. When I asked about turnover he told me that people who don't follow his way of selling will fail. He wouldn't answer the question directly.

Great experience I have a sales back ground so the guy who interviewed me had it easy with me. I pretty much took over the interview and I practically started interviewing him and the company.
