Entretien
1st phone call with HR. 2nd call -30 min with hiring manager. 3rd call - 30 min with AVP Research. 1st zoom 90 min with hiring manager + development group manager. 2nd zoom 75 min with VP Product + AVP Research. 3rd zoom 1 hour with CPO.
Bottom line, bad experience. Many delays and long process. Everyone except hiring manager were late. Each of the interviewers described the role differently. Hierarchy is very important to them. CPO made it clear that this is a small position and all he wants is someone to manage the roadmap of the research team. VP stressed that this is a very hard role and they are looking for a superman (his words). It felt like the only one who really wanted to recruit and respects candidate’s time is the hiring manager. Rest of the team was arrogant and pitfalls in regards to expected answers.
After passing all steps, over 1 month of communication, I got a rejection email saying it’s not exactly what they are looking for.

Question 1
Many questions around security. Mainly technical but not only. Describe a report you’ll be sending to our executives, which measurements. A self destructive malware which was not detected and is already deleted from the machine, how would you bring it home. Describe a forensic investigation of infected machine. Describe trends in the security industry.
few rounds of interviews with PM director and engineering, mostly with ppl from Czechia. The office building is very modern so it was nice to visit the office. Not sure what else to write.

We talked with the interviewers and we introduced each other. They asked about my previous experience and I replied . Then they asked questions about scenarios that might come up in a real life setting and I tried my best to answer them .
