The process was pretty smooth. I got a call from the recruiter and was offered within a week so things move fast if you're scaling well in the interviews. The hiring managers were really nice to talk with.

After the screening with HR, there is an interview with the manager. First, there is a general sort of get-to-know with the manager, work, and expectations from both sides. Then, the second half is a test of your writing abilities (you stay on the call and complete a form with questions).
