First I was contacted and a phone interest/interview was done with a recruiter. Since we were both interested then they moved forward with an online personality test (PTI). If the PTI was a fit within their organization, then the interview was set with the VP, IT Manager, and associate. Interview was straight forward; discussed results of PTI and how it relates to their current employees and managers, then about the company, workflow or lack thereof and their expectations for the positions (there were two) were defined and outlined in a position information sheet. Then a few days later and offer was made.
